Last week, Spring-Green held its annual meeting of its National Advisory Council members. Each year Spring-Green Lawn Care holds this meeting to help strategize and plan for the coming year to ensure we are doing the most we can for our franchisees and overall business.
The meeting was attended by Ken Brown, Ryan Meinika, Mike Bell, Joe Ferrari and Philip Talbert, among others, as well as support center members including James Young, Ted Hofer and Barry Matthews. There were many topics discussed including new additional service updates, regulatory, environmental and economic issues, this year’s training and support agenda, 2015 National Training Conference planning, and technology and marketing additions.
Our NAC meetings are central to our ongoing business strategy as it brings together different representatives of the company overall in order to communicate about the current wants and needs of our franchisees and discuss strategies to best address them. This annual meeting of the minds allows us to craft the best possible business plan for the upcoming year, to the best benefit of everyone at the company.
With another NAC meeting completed, we’re ready and raring to go in 2014!
