One of the biggest benefits to being a part of a system like Spring-Green, is being able to network with other green industry business owners. Beginning July 29, 2015, all of the Spring-Green franchise owners and support center staff will gather in Oak Brook, Illinois, for the National Training Conference, a four-day event filled with insightful presentations and multiple opportunities to network with other owners from the entire Spring-Green franchise system. The event will look ahead at the available opportunities for the company and what must be accomplished to achieve success. Specific areas of focus during the conference will include utilizing customer transparency and personalization, making the most of database minded intelligence, understanding Spring-Green’s operating systems, the effect of tighter labor forces and ownership of the customer engagement.
The keynote address is courtesy of Aimee Lucas, a customer experience transformist and vice president at Temkin Group. Large group presentations during the National Training Conference will focus on a range of topics, from “The Future of Direct Mail” to “Using Mobile Technology” and from “Big Data—Helping shape our strategy locally” to “Coaching and Building a Winning Spring-Green Team,” with break out sessions that allow franchise owners to go even more in-depth on each topic. Meanwhile, small group sessions will concentrate on maximizing the digital footprint of franchises or how to make best use of customer survey information, among other topics.
Over the years, Spring-Green and the businesses of our franchise owners has grown. More than ever, franchise owners are leading and managing much larger organizations. The aim of the National Training Conference is to give franchise owners the tools to help them better leverage Spring-Green’s collective knowledge, operating system and vendors to build profitable and sustainable businesses. When that happens, everyone wins.
