Ryan Meinika is willing to do whatever it takes to make sure his employees at Spring-Green Lawn Care have the proper training and support to work as efficiently as possible in the field this year. This is why he recently scheduled an onsite training session for his staff provided by experts in niche areas of the industry who can improve the quality of work being done from his employees immensely.
Recently, Meinika asked to bring his field service professionals who normally work on the field daily to a training session with lawn maintenance expert, Gary Yunker. Yunker, the unofficial “fix-it guy” for Spring-Green was able to provide Meinika and his crew an in-depth field service professionals training before the spring season hits.
Meinika and his field service professionals spent the day getting hands-on experience with lawn equipment they use daily. Yunker also trained the team on preventative maintenance like oil and filters, belt condition, tire pressure, blades, and lubrication. Proper storage and cleaning of equipment were also on topic in order to maintain functioning and reliable equipment on the field.
With spring just around the corner, the idea of a full day of training with an expert in the field will greatly benefit Meinika’s crew. The meeting proved to be a huge success leaving Meinika and his team feeling comfortable in the field of repairs.
Trainings like this allow for field service professionals to be able to handle any issues they may have on the field without having to go back to the office at the end of the day.
