Growth continues for Spring-Green as it unveils its new headquarters in Naperville, Illinois. Located just three and a half minutes from its national support center campus, the new office space is now home to Spring-Green’s executive, marketing and IT departments.
“The need to expand was part of our growth plan, but now that it is here we can take a moment to celebrate this accomplishment,” said James Young, president of Spring-Green.
Young explains that the company’s expansion and continued reinvestment is a direct reflection of Spring-Green’s commitment to helping lawn care franchise owners realize their goals and dreams. “When the unit economics are strong, we see our franchise owners reinvesting for growth. This in turn allows us to do the same. It is a good feeling to have this level of momentum as we just surpassed our 38th anniversary of being a leader in the green industry.”
Located just a stone’s throw away from its Plainfield facilities, Spring-Green’s new headquarters will facilitate creative interaction and collaboration with its open floor plan and contemporary design. The design includes a small lounge area in the marketing area for team brainstorming sessions, two conference rooms, modern galley kitchen and a small café-style eating area.
Natural light pours in through expansive windows that surround the space, adding to the open and modern feel. A perfect environment for business planning with our valued franchise owners, especially this time of year!
Over the next couple months, franchise owners are getting the opportunity to see the changes at the National Support center firsthand. More than 90% of the owners will travel back to conduct an annual business plan .
“We are excited to share our success,” said Young. “It takes a collaborative effort to succeed in lawn care franchising, and the positive response by those owners who have already visited has added to our confidence. They see and understand our reinvestment strategy, as well as the value in the support we continue to build.”
